Some thoughts...: Firstly, you really need to see a local dentist to be evaluated properly. Radiographs will be taken, and your bite analyzed. If ALL your teeth hurt, it may be due to something they all have in common: night grinding, gingival recession with exposed roots, or even calculus build-up. Make the call for an appointment.

See a dentist: Dental disease will not resolve on its own with home care. There are a few various options which could resolve the situation you have described. I can appreciate your concern about your dental health, but finding a proper diagnosis and treatment may be the best answer to your concern. Rec.: see a dentist for examination, x-rays and treatment.

Dental problems: Don't wait any longer. See a dentist for a comprehensive exam. This will include your teeth, gums, jaw and your entire mouth. Once you find out exactly what is causing your pain and loosening teeth you treat this problem. This will not get better by itself. See a dentist ASAP.

Probably clenching: Teeth clenching can be devastating to everything in your mouth. See a dentist who is familiar with bite or TMJ problems. In my practice I would make you a very specific type of guard to relax your muscles and protect your teeth. You'd be surprised how fast it can improve. You could also have some gum disease or periodontal disease issues, so you'll need that thoroughly evaluated as well
