Rupture: An achilles rupture 4 times, something is wrong, doubtful that an MRI has not seen anything. You need to see someone to find out why you have ruptured your tendo achilles twice. Can you stand on your toes on the side of the rupture?

Not likely: Since your MRI was negative it is not likely that simply because the soleus is more prominent, that it is still a rupture. Ultimately this would require a proper physical examination to determine.
