The best way to: lose weight is with diet, exercise, determination and support. WIth you having lupus, it's always better not to complicate things by adding other chemicals to your body. If you first try the natural method and you realize it does not work for you, have your primary refer you to a dietician or enroll you in a weight loss program.

How to loose weight?: Mobic (meloxicam) is an NSAID and is commonly used in lupus as an anti-inflammatory and pain killer. For loosing weight phenamentrazine is only a temporary solution and a quick fix. You have tried and failed in the past. The best way to reduce weight is to eat less, exercise more, just change your life style and visit your doctor for physical exam routinely. It will take some time, but the results are real.
