Yes: Abstractly 'yes, ' as long as his semen parameters are good an enlarged prostate is not a independent fertility problem. It can depend however on why the prostate is enlarged. Also keep in mind though enlarged prostate is extermely common, it is not always risk-free and deserves careful attention.
