Need further testing: A normal ECG is reassuring, but it's only a 10-second snapshot. For intermittent symptoms like yours, a longer test like a 24-hour Holter is helpful to try to catch an episode. "Irregular heartbeat" is a vague term which can even be normal, though normal variants like sinus arrhythmia usually don't cause symptoms. Avoid unnecessary stimulants like caffeine & follow up with your MD for more testing
