I'm taking temazepam for insomnia. is it safe to also drink a herbal tea containing passion flower, chamomile, lemon balm & linden flowers beforehand?

Yes: There should be no significant increase in sleepiness or ability to awaken in AM. If you are concerned , you may try to take or drink on the weekend when you are not going to work to make use you will be okay.
