I have a reducible hernia for almost 18 yrs,and during those years i have some incidents that theres blood in my stool,last year 2013 was my last.

Need evaluation: Always advisable to get operated , as it is a low risk out patient surgery , associated colonic cancers were described , must see a physician and get a colonoscopy done immediately before hernia repair.
