Fertility?: Progesterone shots do not affect your fertility directly - at all. They can be used to start a period if you are late or skipped, they can be used to 'supplement' luteal Progesterone if a woman has luteal phase defect - which is not a fertility problem. There are no other medically appropriate uses, hope this helps!
