My Ob sent for blood work to check thyroid and other stuff my TSH was .22 T3 (liothyronine) was 31 and T4 5.0 free T4 1.6. She said my TSH was low can I conceive with those numbers & progesterone was 8.5 is that ok?

I went in for my 3rd IUI on 7 July with 4 mature follicles. Today, 15 July, my progesterone labs came back at 58.32. This is the highest progesterone level in 2 years of fertility treatment. Is there a good chance with that I may be pregnant??
Please is 5.81 progesterone on day 21 low? Does it mean I didn't ovulate. Been trying to conceive but hvnt. Thanks
