A member asked:

How long does it take to get over the death of a child, if that's possible to do?

Depends: I don't believe that the sadness ever goes away completely, but life can still be enjoyed. It is extremely important to consult with your physician to be evaluated for depression, which it different than being sad. Also, seeing a very good therapist who has experience in dealing with loss can be very helpful.
