Generally: These OTC products do elevate some of the proteins that can increase acne and may contribute to testicular shrinkage. They do not, however, actually increase testosterone levels.OTC products are not regulated the same as "drugs" and do not need to prove they do as advertised. Thank some of your congressmen and senators who are supported by the supplement industry for the loophole.
