Depends on severity: Acne is a common side effect of testosterone injections. If it is mild facial acne, your doctor may prescribe an ointment such as BenzaClin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) or an antibiotic solution to apply after you wash. If it is severe, and particularly if it covers a large area such as your back, you may require a systemic (oral) antibiotic. There are stonger meds, but acne may lessen in time. Talk to HIV doc re any new meds.

Several ways: Duac is a Clindamycin + benzoyl peroxide preparation i favor with my HIV testosterone replacement patients it works really well. Cutting back on the testosterone will also decrease the severity of the outbreaks. Doxycycline 50 or 100mg twice a day will or could help too.
