Pleurisy: If you have fever then its serious you need antibiotics. Orelse you can wait and watch.

Several causes: More history and an exam would be helpful, so I encourage you to see your doctor. In the mean time, consider stopping your paracetamol, and certainly do not drink alcohol with it. The chest pain and cough are likely related to your right sided pain when you breathe and cough. May mean an infection related to your right lung/diaphragm/intercostal muscles. Again, easier face to face.
