Research: It probably has to do with your digestion. You can further research if beef is causing your symptoms, by eating a different beef product- unprocessed/less processed. Other time you might want to change the quantity or the side that you eat your beef with. Do not forget the condiments. Change 1 thing at a time. You will have your answer.
