Normal.: Assuming the surgical margins were clear (you didn't state if you had a partial nephrectomy or radical nephrectomy (vs cryotherapy/RFA with renal biopsy), your life expectancy would be "normal" for your age - of course, you'd need to practice a healthy lifestyle and diet, avoid smoke/smokers, exercise regularly ("daily").........
