Not sure: These symptoms are not classic for behcets's where we usually find aphthous type ulcers in the mouth, genetalia, inflammatory eye disease etc. A dermatology evaluation will help clarify this.

Rejection sutures : Behcets may be involved but a dehiscence of a wound is not an uncommon event after a surgery. The wound needs to be seen as soon as possible.
