Nothing if no pain: Overhead weight lifting( military , incline nl bench ,lats etc.) can cause.poppingand 'clicking ' .If this is a new phenomenon note the day/ month it began and continue. If it becomes painful then stop the offending activity and see your orthopedic surgeon. Painless 'clicking' is ok even if new; if it becomes painful then AC joint and other ortho issues ( rot. cuff, labrum, etc). Eval. GL!
