GYN monitoring: Get a GYN exam STAT- possible ruptured cyst- or pelvic pain from PCOD. Ask about mediciation to control your symtoms and polycystic illness.

Bad cramps : Could mean anything. Make sure you get seen to rule out possible rupture like you suspected . Nothing would be definite without examination and testing if deemed necessary by your examining physician.
