Can be: After removing a Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD there can definitely be some variation in your cycle. Sometimes it takes a few cycle to normalize. Having said that, the breakthrough bleeding you describe could be your 'new normal' If it continues, and it bothers you, consider seeing doctor to discuss management options.
