Difficult to say: There could be some scar tissue in your pelvis that could be causing that pain. I see that you had a history of chlamydia infection. Sometimes pelvic infections like chlamydia can cause scar tissue in the pelvis. There's no way to tell, however, without performing surgery and looking directly, as scar tissue doesn't show up on imaging studies. See doctor if bothersome/painful.
