Get some sleep: Or forget about it....eyelid twitching is common in healthy individuals. We don't really understand why exactly it happens spontaneously but some things associated could be fatigue and caffeine. Twitching can be brief and immediately cease or it can go on even for a few days and then, disappear. You can always consult with your doctor if you feel it is interfering with your activities.

Frequent lubrication: Most eyelid twitching is related to dry eye. Frequent use of tear drops (at least four times a day) and night time gel should be helpful. If it persists, see an ophthalmologist to make sure there is not a more serious problem.
