See specialist: As a neurologist, things that immediately come to mind are myokymia (fancy word for muscles rippling) or blepharospasm (fancy word for involuntary movements of the eye). See an opthalmologist. If these are problems, they can treat. If there is something else going on, they can be helpful as well.
