Vomiting + diarrhea : Salmonella is the main concern but there is also the possibility of listeria. Tell your doctor about your concern. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea , fever and pain are the main things to watch for .

Salmonella: Salmonella symptoms can include abdominal pain/cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, fever, chills and dehydration but some people can be asymptomatic. There are extremely rare cases where reactive arthritis can develop. REF: REF: http://www.idph.state.il.us/public/hb/hbsam.htm. Let your doctor know.
