Ate off of a fork that touched raw chicken. what are the chances of salmonella poisoning?

It is possible but: still unlikely...not all raw chicken is contaminated with Salmonella. Although, obviously you wouldn't be doing that on purpose and taking the chance. For now, there isn't anything to do, but wait and watch for diarrhea, bloody diarrhea, fever, vomiting . If any symptoms develop, please see a doctor.
