Fairly common: Problem. Not 100% sure why it happens. Couple poss issues. During exercise increased core temp causes increase blood to distal vessels to help give off heat. Another poss. Exercise pushes blood to heart and lungs. Decreases blood to hands. May get rebound blood flow. None of issues major problem.
