Unlikely: It's unlikely they caused you to miscarry. But since you have now miscarried twice, you should be evaluated. Part of that evaluation would be an HSG, which is an X-ray of your uterine cavity and tuned. Having many D&Cs could cause adhesions in the uterus, and this test should pick it up. If you do, it can be treated.
