See a doctor: Although you are only 25 yo the "tingling" suggests that this is either from the cervical spine or possibly as a result of referred pain from a focus in the thorax. This should be checked by a professional. Make a list of all your symptoms and their temporal relationship to each other and take it with you to the doctor. Good luck
