Is there a cheaper substitute/alternative to astelin (azelastine)? even with my insurance coverage, astelin (azelastine) costs $60/bottle which lasts about a month.

Cheaper substititue: Have you tried OTC Neti Pot Normal Saline nasal rinse, or oral antihistamine like Allegra, Claritin and Zyrtec? Flonase inhaler is cheaper, but it is steroid and may takes 1-2 weeks to get maximum effect.
