Can azelastine hcl nasal solution be used at the same time as ipratropium bromide nasal solution?

It depends: What are you treating? They each act in different ways, and sometimes both are used simultaneously. You may want to separate the usage of each one during the day, to ensure you don't end up with too much solution in your nose that simply drips away. Using them at separate times can ensure proper absorption into your nose.
