What if i am one month pregnant and have been using hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, without knowing that i was pregnant?

No harm: It's not harmful to use hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies during pregnancy. Good hygiene is always encouraged. If the smell makes you sick or nausea then minimize the exposure. Congrats.

General rules: The OTC medications/lotions/sanitizers you put on your skin surface are not absorbed into your blood to any significant amount that would reach/interfere with baby. It is worthwhile to avoid fumes of cleaning agents/oil based paints/ etc that can enter your blood through the lungs.Only those agents (germ or otherwise) that can travel in your blood are a problem.
