Use backup!: It is especially important not to miss pills,early in your cycle, as that is when a follicle may start to develop. Continue the pills but use backup contraception (foam and condoms) you may experience some abnormal bleeding.during the month. Try to be more careful! If you have trouble remembering to take your pills, you might want to consider other methods of birth control.

Backup for 7 days: I would start the new pack now and use backup for 7days. After 7 days on the pill, you're protected.

Anther contraceptive: It is probably too late for the present form of contraceptive to be effective. Recommend you use another form of contraceptive for the remainer of this month if that is the reason you use the BCP.
