Nothing : Mucus, in and of itself, isn't a concern at 38 weeks. Reasons for concern are baby not moving as much or at all. Any vaginal bleeding, painful contractions, or the sensation your water may have broken. If any of these latter concerns occur go to labor and delivery right away. Passing some mucus however is not a cause for concern.
