Pain: Kidney infection is not common in males unless there is some other additional underlying cause. ABS pain???? R u into excercizing and trying to lose weight???? Pain in stomach --- interfering with hunger--- could be gastritis. Try OTC antacids. See if that helps! If not --- see ur MD
