Back pain: See a doctor/urgent care/er. Back pain can come from number of causes, it can be simply muscles and or spine (degenerative/ arthritis disease/infection/ masses) or from the kidney, bowel, stomach(gastritis) ,ovaries/uterus. Since it has been 3 weeks and worsening have a doctor evaluate.
