See your ob/gyn: You don't mention pain, but it still will be good to have an exam. Ectopic pregnancies are not impossible and they can cause serious damage if unattended. It might be nothing, but it's worth a visit. A negative pregnancy test is not considered valid in such cases and bleeding will only empty uterus content - it would not remove the embryo. Don'y worry, but do have an exam. -not just a test. Best!
