Flu + migraine: 1. Seasonal flu is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve) are also recommended every 6 hours. 2. is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Headache, vertigo, visual disturbances nausea, anosmia, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound, dizziness. See your PCP for evaluation and treatment.

Infection: Allergies are a possibility but usually do not cause much of a sore throat. Possibly a combination of allergies and an infection. Migraine headaches usually will last no more than 1-2 days. Your constellations of symptoms may be due to an infection. Possible infections include mononucleosis, strep throat, cold virus. Tonsils do not have to be enlarged. Not better after 4 days it's time to see MD.
