Infection: Allergies are a possibility but usually do not cause much of a sore throat. Possibly a combination of allergies and an infection. Migraine headaches usually will last no more than 1-2 days. Your constellations of symptoms may be due to an infection. Possible infections include mononucleosis, strep throat, cold virus. Tonsils do not have to be enlarged. Not better after 4 days it's time to see MD.
