Social anxiety : It is not helpful to think about "curing" social anxiety. It is better to think about slowly reducing your anxiety symptoms. Take little steps- or what we call educated risks - towards increasing social interactions . Learn what works for you in every interaction. Watch others who appear more socially comfortable and model their behaviors. If you need help find a Cognitive / behavioral therapist.
