Great: medical school-4 years surgical residency 5-6 years with research pediatric surgery fellowship 2 years after all that it is very rewarding. it is the last bastion of general surgery.

Become an MD: First you have to go to medical school to become a doctor followed by residency training and then fellowship.It is very intense and demanding but if that's your dream,then go for it.
