Common sense: There is more nonsense written about food choices than pretty much anything else. If you avoid very sugary, very greasy, and very salty stuff, make sure you get enough protein from whatever source, and limit portion size so that you're semi-hungry a few hours before the next planned meal, you'll do well. Vegetarians need to supplement. Avoid all "cult" / "nature-healing" advice. Exercise. Cheers.
