Sleep: Would practice good sleep hygiene, warm milk and a turkey sandwich (both contain tryptophan) can cause sedation, no naps during the day, avoid foods and beverages that can can cause insomnia, melatonin can assist with sleep.....Just to name a few. But if sleep disturbances persist would consult your doctor to evaluate other possible causes and options

Insomnia: Insomnia can be frustrating. But medications are only part of the treatment. Good sleep hygiene is key. Try to avoid electronics, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, vigorous exercise, bright lights, ; large meals prior to bedtime. Regularize your sleep ; wake up times. Understanding why you have insomnia can be effective in treating it. A sleep medicine specialist can help with figuring that out.
