Don't use tobacco: This is the most important single thing you can do. The HPV vaccine, getting colonoscopy and having precancerous polyps removed, having any hepatitis virus infections managed, avoid excess sunlight, and perhaps staying physically fit can also help. If you live long enough and don't die of something else, cancer somewhere in inevitable. Cherish each day of life and health.
