Can you tell me about breast reconstruction to prevent cancer?

No such thing: A woman with high risk for cancer could get risk reduction mastectomies followed by reconstructions but the reconstruction is cosmetic (that's not to say is not important). The reduction of risk (and you can't prevent it 100%, by the way) is achieved by the mastectomies.
