Lots of ways.: You could save up ahead of time, purchase Dental Insurance, apply to a third party carrier such as Care Credit, ask Dentist if they offer extended terms, or borrow from financial institution .

Finance : Patients who have no insurance or the procedures not covered by insurance can be financed through many interest free financing institutions like care credit and others . Other way to find if your Dentist will accept payment in small increment on monthly basis . The other option for patients who have no money to seek help from Donated Dental Service ,a part of life line for free health service.
