ADA.org: The ada is the american dental association and should have a lot of resources for you. You could ask your locat dentist as well.

A lot of places: A good place to look for dental health information is going to be american dental association's website. (www.ada.org). www.mouthhealthy.org is another good place to look and is a bit more user friendly.
