Depending on: Answer to this question is depending on your situation. If you are living alone or with your spouse, and not with your parents. you are free to go see a physician (with your own will). I do not see any reason you have to have a permission. On the other hand, if you live with your parent and you are their dependent, It would be more courteous to discuss your intention with your parents.
