Cardio.: Soccer is a very engaging sport in regards to your cardiovascular fitness. So your best bet would be to train primarily with cardio - running, jogging, swimming, elliptical, cycling - and supplement this with weight training. Diet should include complex carbohydrates to power you through practices and games and protein to feed the muscles after training.
