Green tea: Green tea is generally safe and generally safe in extract form as well. Green tea and it's extract form like many things can be compromised by additives such as herbicides or other additives. It is important therefore to consume organic tea products including extract. Be wary of caffeine content as this can be enhanced in extract form. Eating healthy is far more preferable to taking supplements.
