I've had a headache, lower neck, &shoulder pain for over a week, i get a low fever of 99 sometimes. i've woke up at night with numb fingers,i work out a lot, nerve problem or strain? or emergency?

Any one: You clinical picture could be due to cervical muscle spasms with cervical ridiculous for the radiation to the finger.I don't think us an emergency but you should go to see a Doctor if no improving with the Tylenol (acetaminophen) .
