Here are some ...: Four-five days after circumcision, you may carefully remove the dressing as instructed if it's still on. If the incision is well sealed, leave it open dry and clean and do nothing with it so to allow the natural healing to continue and mature. If undue swelling with redness or bleeding in/along incision is present, seek urgent attention from surgeon or urgent care. So, let commonsense rule life.
