For ADD?: Why is this prescribed? Is it helping in some ways but also causing anxiety ? If so, your dosing could be off or you may need something that is extended release. Speak with your doctor about it.

Discontinue the med: If you find your medication is incresing your anxiety, discontinue it and speak to your doctor about an alternative medication.
